This role leads CNC programming and production activities in a growing machine shop, overseeing approximately 7-10 CNC machines on 1st shift. You will create and optimize Mazak programs, support daily production, and provide hands-on leadership to machinists and operators to ensure efficient, high-quality output.

This role is based in a small, family-friendly machine shop with approximately 22 team members. You will work exclusively on 1st shift, with flexibility to start between 5:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., on an 8-hour shift. The position offers the opportunity to work up to 54 hours per week, including overtime, depending on production needs. The shop operates multiple CNC machines, including Mazak equipment, and emphasizes a stable, team-oriented atmosphere where collaboration and mutual support are essential.
This is a Permanent position based out of Marion, IN.
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $93600.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
