Bryan Casey Construction is seeking a detail-driven, fast-paced CNC Programmer to join our growing team. This position plays a crucial role in producing custom cabinetry for high-end residential remodeling projects. You will collaborate closely with our interior designer and drafter to convert cabinet designs into CNC-ready production plans using Mozaik Cabinet Software. Responsibilities Include

• Translate cabinet designs into CNC-ready programs using Mozaik Cabinet Software
• Produce detailed shop drawings including floor plans, elevations, 3D views, assembly sheets, and cut-out sheets
• Set up and manage cabinet libraries and parametric cabinet design templates
• Write formulas and create custom cabinetry pieces as needed
• Program cutting paths, speeds, and tooling selections based on materials and equipment capabilities
• Collaborate with design and drafting teams to ensure cabinet accuracy and buildability
• Operate and maintain CNC machinery in a clean and organized shop environment
• Utilize Buildertrend software daily for project management and documentation
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC programming, with a strong portfolio in custom cabinetry
• Proficient in Mozaik Cabinet Software (REQUIRED)
• Experience with cabinetry design, including parametric design and formula writing
• Strong understanding of CNC operations, including bits, speeds, feeds, and wood materials
• Familiarity with construction drawings and ability to interpret design plans
• Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management software (preferred)
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work on-site in Riverside, MO (No remote work available)
