We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Programmer to join our Operations team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in CNC programming, AutoCAD, and Sigmanest software to turn customer visions into reality. Your ability to interpret drawings and sketches will be crucial in converting them into precise machine instructions, ensuring the production of high-quality parts.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Program parts for processing on all equipment: flat and tube lasers, machining, welding, and finishing
• Create super nests to optimize material utilization
• Make adjustments to drawings based on customer needs, equipment downtime, or operator feedback
• Interact with customers and suppliers daily
• Manage quality and ensure 98% on-time delivery
• Follow job work instructions daily
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned, with flexibility for changes

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Technical Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of programming experience
• Experience with CAD 2D & 3D, CNC machining center programming
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sigmanest, and CNC machine codes (M-G code)
• Familiarity with SigmaNest software
• Strong math skills and excellent communication skills
