What You'll Get to Do

The CNC Programmer is responsible for entering all custom patterns into the CAD system for production, interpreting and entering sketches, and supporting team members. This role reports to the Plant Manager.

This position is ideal for a self-driven, organized, and quality-focused individual. As a key member of the Production Administration Department, this is an excellent opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job Responsibilities include:

1. Entering all custom patterns into the Computer Aided Design (CAD) system.
2. Interpreting and entering sketches to be produced by CNC operators.
3. Operating the CAD system effectively.

What We Are Looking For

• AutoCAD (2005 or later) Training Certificate with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and customer sketches, and to create and modify drawings in CAD/CAM software.
• Strong mathematical and logical skills, especially with fractions and decimals (millimeters and inches).
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills with minimal guidance.
• Self-motivated with the ability to complete projects on time.
