Job Description: We are looking for a talented CNC Programmer to create, modify, and optimize CNC programs to produce precise parts for our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong programming skills, a deep understanding of CNC machine operations, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) using CAD/CAM software.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D models to create accurate machine programs.
• Set up CNC machines, select tooling, and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance.
• Perform test runs and inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot programming or machine issues and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth machine operation and meet production deadlines.
