We're partnering with a fantastic manufacturer in Manchester that's looking for skilled and motivated CNC Laser Operators to join their growing team! If you're mechanically inclined, quality-driven, and ready to take the next step in your career, this is your chance to join a company that values innovation, precision, and continuous improvement.

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Pay: $20-$22/hr + shift differential (based on shift & experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate punch/laser machines to produce precision parts from technical drawings
• Run quality checks using standard measuring tools
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production running smoothly
• Work across multiple machine types for variety and challenge
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong basic math and computer skills
• A self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team
• Bonus: Prior sheet metal or fabrication experience
