Job summary

Danfoss in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a hands-on CNC programmer to lead machining on mills and lathes, driving quality, efficiency, and innovation on the production floor.

You’ll partner with engineers and operators to optimize processes, mentor technicians, and implement fixturing, tooling, and inspection methods. Mastercam proficiency and at least five years in manufacturing are required to deliver repeatable, high‑quality parts and contribute to NPI and cost reduction.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in CNC programming and machining, including hands-on setup and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with Mastercam and programming for CNC mills and lathes.
  • At least 5 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment with a track record of improving processes.
  • Knowledge of tooling, fixturing design, and inspection methods.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and train or mentor operators and technicians.
  • Technical education (engineering, machining, or vocational training) or equivalent hands-on experience.
