Manpower, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to develop and maintain CNC machining programs for precision manufacturing in Auburn Hills.

The role focuses on using Mastercam to craft efficient milling, turning, and multi-axis strategies while ensuring strict quality standards. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of CNC programming experience, Advanced Mastercam skills, and a solid understanding of milling and turning, GD&T, and blueprints.

• Ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T.

Responsabilidades

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for milling, turning, and multi-axis machining.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T specifications.
• Develop tool paths, select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and process efficiency.
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues, making adjustments to improve productivity and quality.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience using Mastercam software to create efficient machining strategies, improve cycle times, and support production requirements while maintaining the highest quality standards

Job Title: CNC Programmer

Location: Auburn Hills

Pay Range: $30.00to $40.00/HR

What’s the Job?

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam software for milling, turning, and multi-axis machining operations.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T specifications.
• Develop tool paths, select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining processes.
