Job Impulse, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer in Davisburg, MI to join a tight-knit manufacturing team. The role focuses on creating and optimizing Mastercam programs for milling and turning, supporting part launches, and keeping production running efficiently.

You will collaborate with machinists and engineering to reduce cycle times, improve tooling strategies, and ensure accuracy through first-piece inspections and precise documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Mastercam and programming for mills/turns.
• Experience reading blueprints and GD&T and selecting tooling.
• Ability to troubleshoot and improve CNC programs and processes.
• Experience with Haas or Fanuc controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

CNC Programmer | Davisburg, MI

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00/hour

Schedule: 7 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday

Job Impulse is hiring an experienced CNC Programmer to support precision machining operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys solving machining challenges, improving processes, and creating efficient CNC programs that directly impact quality and production performance.

You’ll work closely with machinists and engineering to develop and optimize programs using Mastercam, support new part launches, and help keep production running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and workholding
• Ability to confidently read blueprints and interpret GD&T
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and organization
• Experience with Haas or Fanuc controls is a plus
