Job summary

Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation is seeking a Production Technician for the 1st shift in Liberty, SC. The role involves setting up and verifying CNC and assembly equipment, reading drawings, and ensuring quality through first piece checks.

You will work within the Sprinkler Department, promote a safe workplace, and support new product launches while maintaining detailed records and adhering to 5S practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC or manual/automated assembly environments.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings and follow setup instructions.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and 5S program.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and verify CNC and assembly equipment per programs and specs.
• Perform first piece checks with precision measuring tools.
• Maintain machine logs, maintenance records, and setup/changeover checklists.
• Identify and report programming/operational errors; assist maintenance/engineering.
• Support new product launches including first article, RFP, and RFS stages.
• Ensure area cleanliness and safety following 5S guidelines.
