Job summary

GPAC is seeking a CNC Machinist in Michigan to join a stable, growing manufacturing company. You will interpret complex drawings, program sheets, and instructions to determine work and perform turning, milling, drilling, and related operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CNC mill/lathe experience, excellent attendance, and a reliable team player mindset. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and eligibility to work in the United States.

JOB TITLE: CNC Machinist

POSITION: Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a stable, growing Manufacturing Company

What You'll Do

• Interpret complicated drawings, program sheets, and instructions to determine work to be done.
• Perform a variety of turning, milling, drilling, boring, or related operations to close and interrelated tolerances.
• Manage setup and change over.
• Conduct a variety of inspection and gaging operations to insure maintenance of quality standards and specifications.
• Measure workpieces for conformance to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of machine, tooling, and parts.
