Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks a Production Supervisor to lead CNC Mills, Lathes and assembly, ensuring safe, efficient operations and timely delivery. You will set performance expectations for hourly Union workers, monitor production demands, and drive quality improvements in collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality teams.

The role requires strong CNC programming knowledge, lean experience, and experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of supervision experience.
• Proficient in CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code) and CNC processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, efficient operations of CNC Mills, Lathes and Assembly.
• Communicate performance expectations to hourly union employees.
• Monitor production demands and drive on-time delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure specifications are met.
• Lead continuous improvements in methods, equipment, and safety.
