Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead CNC Mills, Lathes and Assembly operations in our Missouri facility. You will set performance expectations, monitor productivity, and manage the hourly workforce to ensure quality, efficiency and on-time delivery.

You will apply CNC programming knowledge (G-code/M-code) and lean practices within ISO 9001:2015 frameworks, coordinating with Manufacturing, Engineering and QA to advance process improvements and safety in a union

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of supervision experience.
Proficient in CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code).
Knowledge of CNC milling and turning processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
ERP/MRP experience; SAP is a plus.
Lean experience preferred.
Experience with ISO 9001:2015 QMS.

Responsibilities

Supervise CNC Mills, Lathes and Assembly operations.
Communicate performance expectations to hourly union employees.
Monitor production, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular quality checks on machined and assembled parts.
Troubleshoot CNC machine issues and interpret blueprints and job orders.
Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating work across departments.
Draft work instructions and improve production methods and equipment performance.
Maintain safety and positive employee relations with the Union.
