Aurora Technologies, Inc. in El Paso, TX is seeking a full-time CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and manage CNC machines, ensuring adherence to company specifications and safety standards, while supporting lean initiatives.

Requires basic math, tape measure reading, teamwork, and strong attention to detail. We offer a $500 sign-on bonus, benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO, and a referral program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and ability to read a tape measure.
• Teamwork and good computer skills.
• Some experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with CNC machining is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and translate mechanical drawings and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Understand quality and production within company specifications and goals.
• Comply with safety and environmental rules and internal practices.
• Support 6S and lean initiatives.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform different jobs.
• Oversee CNC operations and adjust as needed for better results.
• Check machinery daily to guarantee functionality.
