Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Durham, NH is hiring for a CNC Machinist/Operator. This onsite role focuses on set-up, calibration and operation of production machines on 2nd shift, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Completion of CNC Machine Operating technical program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate and operate production machines.
• Follow verbal/written instructions, diagrams or models.
• Inspect operations and finished parts using precision measuring tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Set up and operate CNC production machines per procedures.
• Use computer-controlled equipment to position and secure machines.
• Adjust machine settings to meet specifications.
• Assist with numeric control programming calculations.
