Job summary

EIS is seeking a proactive Second Shift Production Supervisor to lead the CNC machining-focused team on the factory floor. You will guide hourly operators, manage shift priorities, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve production issues and sustain continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum three years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Hands-on CNC machining, machine setup, and manufacturing processes experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee second-shift production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Establish daily priorities and allocate employees and resources accordingly.
• Provide real-time direction and support on the production floor and ensure shift handoffs are clear.
