PMC Works in Fenton, MI is seeking a dependable Production Associate for a precision machining environment. This contract-to-hire opportunity starts as a contract employee with potential to become permanent based on performance and attendance.

You will support CNC mills and lathes, load and unload materials, inspect parts, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace. Manufacturing experience is preferred, but mechanically inclined candidates who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• CNC or machine shop experience is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on production tasks.
• Ability to lift materials and parts as required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily production activities in a precision machining environment.
• Support CNC mill and lathe operations as trained.
• Load and unload materials and parts from machines.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Perform deburring, cleaning, and other finishing tasks.
• Use basic measuring tools as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Work with team members to meet production goals.
