PMC Works in Fenton, MI is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with hands-on Lathe/Turn programming experience. This full-time role offers steady hours, 1st shift (Mon-Fri 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) with a 3rd shift also available, and pay ranging from $20 to $34 per hour based on experience.

You will set up, program, and operate CNC Lathe/Turn machines, read blueprints, ensure part tolerance, and maintain quality and safety in a collaborative team environment with room for long-term growth.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge and experience with CNC Lathe/Turn programming.
• Familiarity with a variety of CNC lathe machines and manufacturing setups.
• Understanding of machining processes, tooling, and G/M code programming.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work full-time with occasional overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and program CNC Lathe/Turn machines.
• Set up machines, tooling, and fixtures for efficient production.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Make necessary adjustments to maintain part tolerances.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
