• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Commitment to workplace safety and PPE compliance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to train and mentor employees.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production area in collaboration with Supervisor.
• Coordinate CNC production activities and assign work based on priorities.
• Monitor daily operations to meet productivity, quality and schedule requirements.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, setup, and program issues and escalate as needed.
• Perform and verify in-process inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure proper job processing within the system (PLEX).
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and tooling availability to support production needs.
• Train CNC operators on machine operation, setups, safety, and quality requirements.
• Ensure adherence to work instructions, engineering documentation, and company procedures.
• Manage and document nonconforming material per established processes.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Operate CNC equipment and support production as required.
