Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• CNC programming for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling and turning centers.
• Support machine setups, prove-out runs, and first-article validation.
• Operate CNC machinery for prototype and production work including setup and inspection.
• Design and refine fixturing to improve setup repeatability and reduce cycle time.
• Document machining processes, tooling lists, and setup sheets for repeatability.
• Develop clear work instructions for independent part manufacturing.
• Update process documentation to reflect current best practices.
• Identify improvement opportunities and assist implementation with the team.
• Assist root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
• Contribute to 5S and other efficiency projects.
• Support other departments as needed and attend team meetings.
