Job summary

Oetiker in United States is seeking a Product and Process Engineer with CNC programming experience to support CNC programming, setup, and troubleshooting. You will document processes and lead cross-functional PFMEA and control plan initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in CNC manufacturing, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and proficiency with SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling tools, with ESPRIT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/engineering technology or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience in a CNC setting.
• Experience with ESPRIT CNC programming and 3D modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• CNC programming using CAD/CAM software; ESPRIT preferred.
• Manage released machines, tools, and processes.
• Develop work instructions, training docs, and box counts.
• Lead PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow Diagrams with cross-functional teams.
• Perform competitive analysis to improve production methods.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste.
