Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Ohio seeks a skilled CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer to develop, optimize, and support multi-axis machining from concept to production. You will translate drawings and GD&T into efficient processes, create toolpaths, and design fixtures for reliable part quality.

Proficiency with Mastercam or Siemens NX, strong G&M code skills, and hands-on fixture design are essential. You will collaborate across Engineering, Production, and Quality to improve cycle times and ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
3+ years CNC programming and manufacturing engineering experience.
Proficiency with Mastercam or Siemens NX CAM.
Ability to create, edit, and troubleshoot G&M Code.
Experience with fixture/workholding design; 5-axis machining preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, program, and optimize CNC machining processes for multi-axis milling/turning.
Create and maintain CNC programs using Mastercam or Siemens NX CAM.
Translate drawings, 3D models, and GD&T into efficient manufacturing steps.
Develop toolpaths, cutting strategies, feeds, speeds, and sequences.
Design fixtures/workholding and troubleshooting on the shop floor.
Lead proofouts, reduce cycle times, and drive continuous improvement.
