Job summary

HJW Executive Search LLC is assisting a growing manufacturing plant in finding a Manufacturing Engineer. The role focuses on CNC programming with ESPRIT, fixture design, and tool selection to optimize part setup.

You will work closely with manufacturing teams and ensure processes meet quality standards in an onsite setting. Ideal candidates will have hands-on ESPRIT CAM experience, GD&T expertise, and CAD proficiency (Creo) for fixture development, with familiarity in AS9100 or ISO 9001

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience programming with ESPRIT CAM software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings using GD&T.
• Knowledge of G-code and M-code for milling.
• CAD tools (Creo or similar) for fixture design and model review.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO 9001 environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, simulate, verify, and post-process CNC programs using ESPRIT.
• Design fixtures and work-holding solutions to optimize part setup.
• Select and specify cutting tools, holders, and tooling assemblies.
