Qualifications

• Completion of related trade school program or AA or equivalent training.
• Experience in NC programming preferred (2+ years at NC Programmer level).
• Knowledge of NC programming principles and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for mills and lathes.
• Prepare setup sheets and tool lists for production.
• Support operators during first article runs and process stabilization.
• Analyze proposed changes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Maintain technical knowledge with workshops and publications.
