Job summary

New Tech Metals is seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team in Wisconsin. The role requires reading blueprints, setting up tooling, and producing parts that meet customer specifications.

The candidate will work with teammates to maintain safe, efficient production and ensure high-quality components. First shift runs 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Thursday, with Friday half-day; Second shift offers a $1.00/hour premium and a 30-minute paid lunch.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC press brakes and forming equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and drawings.
• Ability to set up machines and tooling for producing parts.
• Strong attention to detail and safe work practices.
• Ability to work well independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate, program, set up, and change tooling on CNC press brake equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, sketches, work instructions, and product specifications.
• Set up machines and tooling to produce parts according to customer and company requirements.
• Form and maneuver sheet metal components safely and accurately.
• Inspect finished and in-process parts for conformance to specifications.
• Maintain an efficient workflow while meeting production requirements.
