Job summary

Clow Stamping Company is seeking a CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate brake press equipment, form metal parts to specifications, set up jobs, verify tooling and material requirements, and read blueprints.

Starting pay is $21.25-$22.25 per hour, with shift differentials on certain shifts. Shifts include 13: 4:00am–2:00pm, 14: 2:00pm–12:00am (+$1.25), and 21: 6:00am–6:00pm (+$3.50). Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k).

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing or press brake experience preferred.
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math/measuring skills.

Clow is looking for a CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll operate brake press equipment to accurately bend and form metal components that become part of quality products used by leading manufacturers.

This is a hands-on opportunity where you'll learn machine set-up, tooling, material handling, and part inspection while developing valuable manufacturing skills. Working alongside experienced team members, you'll build your knowledge of blueprints, job specifications, and precision forming processes.

Shifts Available:

• Shift 13: 4:00am - 2:00pm, Monday - Thursday
• Shift 14: 2:00pm - 12:00am, Monday - Thursday (+$1.25/hour shift differential)
• Shift 21: 6:00am - 6:00pm, Friday - Sunday (+$3.50/hour shift differential)

Starting Rate of Pay:

• $21.25 - $22.25 per hour base rate depending on experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 100 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, material handling, and part movement
• Required PPE: eye protection, hearing protection, MET guard safety shoes
