Qualifications

• 3+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read prints and interpret GD&T.
• Proficient with precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and related equipment to produce precision parts.
• Translate blueprints, drawings, GD&T, and work instructions into setups and operations.
• Select tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds to balance speed and accuracy.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges; verify conformance.
• Troubleshoot issues and safely adjust machine settings or programs.
• Continuously refine processes to reduce cycle time and scrap while ensuring quality.
• Align output with production schedules and customer quality standards.
