Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple CNC machines to maximize output while maintaining quality.
• Perform machine tending tasks: load/unload workpieces, manage tooling offsets, and perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Ensure part conformance using micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
• Interpret blueprints and apply GD&T to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Use SPC data to adjust machine settings and tooling for optimal performance.
• Perform secondary operations including deburring, grinding, and basic assembly.
• Document production progress and time in the ERP system.
