Gardner Denver — Industrial Technology and Services, LLC (an Ingersoll Rand business) seeks a Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Technician in Sedalia, MO. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing CNC/PLC systems, electrical and mechanical components, and plant infrastructure to keep production running.

You’ll interpret schematics, troubleshoot via Fanuc/Siemens/Allen‑Bradley platforms, and coordinate with teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing maintenance.
Multi-discipline troubleshooting across pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and electronic systems, CNC machines, and controls.
Comfort working from concepts when detailed drawings aren’t available; strong blueprint interpretation.
Experience maintaining machine tools: lathes, grinders, mills, drills, machining centers, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and execute complex electrical, mechanical, and construction repairs using schematics and blueprints.
Isolate drive-related faults to component level across Fanuc, Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, and similar control platforms.
Draft sketches for mechanical/electrical alterations or new installations; prepare bills of material.
Operate hoists, lifts, and hand trucks to move materials; install, troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery and plant electrical systems.
Repair or relocate machines, subassemblies, or components with peers.
