Job summary

Qualifications

• Read blueprints, drawings or engineering information to determine product conformance.
• Operate CNC machines to machine parts to specifications.
• Use precision measuring instruments to inspect parts and ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Machine parts to specifications, using CNC machines.
• Measure, examine, or test completed parts to check for defects and ensure conformance to customer using precision instruments.
• Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.
• Maintain machine tools in proper operational condition.
• Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings, or engineering information to determine product conformance.
• Confirm with engineering, supervisory, or inspection personnel to verify technical information.
• Dispose of scrap or waste material in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
• Separate scrap waste and related materials for reuse, recycling, or disposal
• Keep work area clean and follow 6S requirements
• Work with the team to meet daily/weekly performance goals
