Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 5- and 3-axis machines to produce precision parts.
• Measure dimensions and tolerances using micrometers, calipers, and CMM/FARO.
• Adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deburr parts to remove defects and sharp edges per customer requirements.
• Inspect, diagnose, and report machine malfunctions and initiate repairs.
• Study blueprints to ensure conformance and support Kaizen improvements.
