Back CNC Panel Saw Operator

Location: Tigard, OR

Pay: $20 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday; 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

This is a temp-to-hire position. A well-established manufacturing company with more than 60 years of success is seeking a dependable CNC Panel Saw Operator to join its team. The role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined and enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive, small-team environment.

Previous CNC panel saw experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in construction, mechanics, manufacturing, woodworking, or other hands‑on trades are encouraged to apply. The company offers a positive workplace culture, excellent benefits, and long‑term career stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and position full 4' x 8' material sheets onto the CNC panel saw
• Program and operate CNC equipment to complete accurate cuts
• Read measurements and use a tape measure to verify specifications
• Change saw blades and perform basic machine adjustments
• Inspect finished materials for quality and accuracy
• Follow production schedules and work orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work independently while collaborating with a small production team

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and a hands‑on work ethic
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure
• Manufacturing, construction, woodworking, or mechanical experience preferred
• Previous CNC panel saw or CNC machine experience is a plus
