Sulzer is seeking a CNC Operator & Welder to join our production team in Easley, SC. The role requires setting up and operating multiple machine tools with supervision and welding stainless materials using TIG or stick processes.

You will also grind material for impeller balancing and ensure on-time delivery by maintaining workflow. Qualified candidates will have welding certifications or education, GD&T knowledge, and experience with manual mills, lathes, and a radial drill press.

Competenze

• Welding certifications or education required.
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) required.
• Ability to set up and operate manual mills, lathes, and radial drill.
• Follow ISO 9001 quality procedures and safety rules.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate horizontal CNC centers, CNC lathes, milling machines, and radial drill.
• Weld using TIG or stick processes on stainless materials.
• Manually grind material for impeller balancing operations as needed.
• Maintain production flow to meet on-time delivery.
• Perform quality checks per work instruction and participate in corrective actions.
