Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Experience with precision tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges) preferred.
• Completion of internal Level I–III operator training is desired.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automated CNC vertical and horizontal machines.
• Accurately locate X, Y, Z axes on machines.
• Perform daily checks and report concerns to supervisor; initiate maintenance if needed.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, setup sheets and work instructions.
• Use measuring tools to verify parts meet specifications.
• Assist with tool changes, alignment and machine adjustments as needed.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE; communicate in English.
