Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated basic math skills are necessary.
• Experience reading shop blueprints and interpreting drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automated CNC vertical and horizontal machines.
• Accurately locate X, Y, Z axes on machines and perform daily checks.
• Maintain safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Interpret blueprints and setup sheets to machine parts to spec.
• Monitor tool wear and replace dull cutting tools as needed.
• Enter commands to CNC units and adjust controls for program faults.
• Follow instructions and attend training provided during the 90‑day program.
