Job summary

Accurus Aerospace Athens is seeking a Supervisor-in-Training for CNC Manufacturing on the night shift. You will oversee production in assigned departments, direct staff, and ensure safety, quality, and scheduling requirements are met.

You will train new employees, participate in production meetings, and maintain ERP records. A high school diploma is required; aerospace manufacturing experience and AS9100 knowledge are desired, with supervisory exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years aerospace manufacturing experience in a role similar to the assigned department(s).
• AS9100 Quality System knowledge required.
• Supervisory experience preferred; lead experience may substitute for direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production in one or more departments and coordinate staff activities.
• Enforce safety, environmental programs and company policies.
• Train new employees and mentor skill development during onboarding.
• Attend production meetings and coordinate scheduling with internal stakeholders.
• Record information in ERP and maintain documentation.
• Ensure equipment operates correctly and conduct basic troubleshooting.
