Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation in Mahwah, NJ is seeking a Full-time production operator to join a high-precision manufacturing team. You will operate CNC milling equipment, follow SOPs, and perform QC inspections to maintain quality and output.

The role requires basic machining knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Training will cover tooling, safety, and TPM practices to ensure reliable production performance.

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Reliable and punctual with ability to work assigned shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOP, GMP, and SW to produce dental products.
• Install and adjust milling tools per SOPs.
• Observe machines for accuracy and malfunctions.
• Conduct in-process QC using measuring tools and CMM (Zeiss).
• Perform TPM tasks and escalate issues as needed.
• Operate secondary equipment in the production line.
• Meet daily production objectives and on-time delivery.
• Rotate across production lines and participate in safety committees.
