Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Mechanical aptitude to operate and maintain machinery.
• Basic arithmetic and computer skills, with the ability to learn quickly from oral and written instructions.
• Comfort using hand tooling and basic measuring equipment.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including wearing required PPE and working in dusty, hot conditions, with frequent walking/standing and occasional lifting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machines safely and efficiently.
• Clock to and perform transactions in Shop-Trak, updating project status, material moves, and scrap for all operations.
• Load, unload, receive, and store raw materials and supplies to support smooth production flow.
• Prepare machines to start a production cycle by performing calibration, cleaning, and other required activities.
• Use computer-aided manufacturing programs to monitor, control, and adjust machine settings while operating equipment according to specifications.
