The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with CNC operation experience and proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CNC operation certification preferred.
• Experience operating CNC machines in manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings/blueprints and interpret specs.
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools and quality checks.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to high-quality work.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to engineering specifications and production schedules.
• Set up CNC machines, load materials, and ensure machine calibration.
• Monitor machine operation, making adjustments as necessary to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure conformity with specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including materials used, quantities produced, and any issues encountered during the process.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
