Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a CNC Operator for our Michigan manufacturing client. The role involves operating CNC routers, laser engravers, reading technical drawings, programming and running machines to meet specs, quality standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities include setup, read blueprints, perform adjustments, fabricate parts from various materials, track production time and maintain a clean work area while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years CNC experience preferred (Multicam a plus).
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and GD&T.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment for setup and production.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and cut lists.
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance.
• Fabricate parts accurately using various materials and cutting methods.
• Track production time and maintain organized work area.
• Follow safety standards and support team production needs.
