Job summary

CER MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC is seeking a CNC Operator I to set up and operate CNC and fabrication machines, reading blueprints and work orders to produce parts that meet exact specifications. You will inspect and measure parts, verify quantities, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

With at least 1 year of CNC experience or a related technical degree, you will contribute to our commitment to quality and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Legible handwriting and clear written communication.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Ability to read instructions and use measuring gauges accurately.
• At least 1 year CNC operating experience or a technical degree.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and fabrication machines.
• Interpret blueprints and work orders to meet specs.
• Program setups and adjust tooling as needed.
• Inspect parts with measuring devices for accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
