Job summary

S&S Cycle seeks an experienced CNC operator to run machines for varied parts with accuracy. You will load/unload parts, deburr, and perform light setups on fixtures while maintaining safety standards.

Meticulous inspection using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and blueprints is essential, along with training junior operators in the cell. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and consistent quality in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with CNC machines is preferred.
• Well organized and self-directed.
• Able to read blueprints and use inspection tools.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to perform repetitive and progressive machining operations on a variety of parts.
• Load and unload parts per given standard.
• Deburr parts to standard and identify critical surfaces.
• Perform minor set-ups / change overs on fixtures.
• Part inspection using inspection equipment and measurements.
• Train other operators in the cell.
