Czarnowski Collective is seeking a CNC Operator to set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling, turning, and drilling equipment. You will load materials, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet precise specifications while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and ensure part conformity.
• Previous CNC operation experience preferred.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling, turning, drilling and other machining equipment per specifications.
• Load raw materials and ensure proper machine setup before runs.
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings accurately.
• Monitor and adjust machines to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Report malfunctions and maintain production records.
