Job summary

Czarnowski Collective seeks a CNC Operator to setup, run, and monitor CNC milling, turning, and drilling operations to produce precision parts per engineering drawings. You will inspect parts with precision tools, adjust settings, and maintain records, all while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires physical endurance to stand and lift up to 50 pounds, with strong attention to detail and teamwork in a collaborative environment. Prior CNC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC milling, turning, drilling equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work with precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling, turning, and other machining equipment to manufacture parts according to specifications.
• Load raw materials and ensure proper machine setup prior to production runs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns.
• Maintain production records and complete required documentation.
• Change tools, offsets, and machine settings as directed.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Follow all safety policies and quality standards.
