Job summary

R C M INDUSTRIES INC is seeking a CNC Operator to run CNC machinery efficiently and safely. You will inspect parts, measure with micrometers and calipers, and maintain tooling while meeting production targets. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team or independently are essential.

The role requires 1–3 years of CNC experience, English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift experience is a plus, and adherence to PPE and safety rules is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years CNC machining experience with mechanical tools.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a safe environment.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Able to read, write and follow work instructions and drawings.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Must communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain machine, tooling, and parts.
• Work safely following regulations to prevent injuries.
• Meet production requirements per routing and notify if goals cannot be met.
• Observe machine settings and detect malfunctions with precision tools.
• Inspect pieces for out-of-tolerance machining and record readings.
• Collaborate to troubleshoot manufacturing problems and perform QA checks.
• Ensure machine runs correctly to prevent damage.
