Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is assisting a manufacturing client in Middleburg Heights, OH, to hire a CNC Operator. You will set up and operate CNC machines, load parts, monitor operations, and ensure quality while maintaining a safe work environment.

The role requires 6 months of CNC experience, ability to read technical drawings, and teamwork. Training on first shift is available, with a 2:30pm–11pm schedule. Growth opportunities exist within the organization.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and communicate with the team.

Our client, a manufacturer in Middleburg Heights, is seeking a CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Operator

Location: Middleburg Heights, OH

Pay Range: $19 - $20

Shift: 2:30om - 11pm (train on 1st shift)

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate CNCmachines to fabricate parts according to work order and drawing specifications.
• Load parts into machines, cycle the machines, and monitor operations for malfunctions such as worn or damaged cutting tools.
• Utilize hand tools to deburr, de-gate, or polish finished parts
• Package all production in accordance with routing steps
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment while communicating effectively with team members regarding production runs.
