Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Dublin, OH is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of CNC machining experience and is proficient in operating and setting up CNC machines in a precision manufacturing environment.

Strong preference for candidates with G-Code knowledge and WorkNC software experience. Responsibilities include loading materials, performing setups, inspecting parts, and maintaining quality records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC machining or CNC operator experience.
• G-Code programming and editing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machining centers to produce quality parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Load materials, tools, and fixtures into CNC machines.
• Perform machine setups and make necessary offsets and adjustments.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and production standards are met.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and communicate concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist with other manufacturing and production duties as assigned.
