Responsibilities

Operate and optimize CNC machinery to ensure efficient performance and adherence to production schedules.
Perform in-depth quality control inspections and address discrepancies to prevent defects.
Troubleshoot and adjust machinery to minimize downtime and maintain smooth production.
Read and interpret complex blueprints and drawings for accurate setup and machining.
Use digital measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges) to verify dimensions.
Assist in setup, programming, and calibration of CNC machines as needed.
Conduct routine maintenance and small repairs to extend equipment life.
Maintain production logs, inspection records, and quality control data.
