Job summary

Atterro is seeking a CNC Operator in Stafford Springs, CT on 1st shift (7 am – 4:30 pm) with a pay rate of $24.00–$32.00 per hour. You will operate CNC Mills, Lasers, and Turret Press equipment, read blueprints, and ensure quality in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; technical training beneficial.
• Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail; safety focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Mills, Lasers, and Turret Press equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing specifications.
• Perform first-piece inspections as required and ensure quality.
• Deburr and finish parts; perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Develop understanding of Fabrication Department and CNC programming basics.
