Qualifications

• The ability to accurately use and read a tape measure, thread gauges, micrometer, protractor, and dial calipers.
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must have a high awareness for safety at all times.
• The ability to recognize and solve practical problems or issues.
• The ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• The ability to perform basic math functions such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.

Responsibilities

• Operate the CNC burn table, drill press and other cutting or burning equipment and keep the department environment clean and safe.
• Inspect all parts produced to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and greased machine and perform daily TPM.
• Operate overhead crane, plate blaster, cutting torch and forklift as needed.
• Wear required personal protective equipment and follow facility safety regulations.
• Maintain a safe and productive working environment.
